1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jlbets online gaming platform, accessible at jlbets.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Service"). jlbets is operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the statutory body responsible for regulating legal gaming activity within the Philippines.

By registering an account on jlbets, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years as mandated by PAGCOR;
• You are not accessing jlbets from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a person self-excluded from gaming platforms under any applicable program.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlbets's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create a jlbets account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

jlbets performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before real-money deposits or withdrawals are processed. Acceptable forms of government-issued identification include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Each individual is permitted to hold only one jlbets account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

jlbets reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where registration would violate applicable laws or regulations, or where the applicant is located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbets login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your jlbets account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlbets of a security breach as described below.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must:

1. Immediately notify jlbets by contacting our support team via live chat or email;
2. Change your password immediately if you are still able to access your account;
3. Provide any information reasonably requested by jlbets to investigate the incident.

jlbets implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all login and transaction processes. However, jlbets cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.

jlbets reserves the right to temporarily lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending identity verification. You will be notified via your registered contact details if this occurs.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlbets are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jlbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to your jlbets account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified jlbets identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking business days.

jlbets reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a PAGCOR-mandated anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and applies to all players regardless of account status.

jlbets does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider for applicable charges before transacting.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jlbets may offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general Bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one Bonus of each type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While playing with active Bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ₱500, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on jlbets are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or conducted using verifiably physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. All RNG titles have been independently tested and certified for fairness prior to release on the platform.

Game rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and applicable betting limits are displayed within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or game error, jlbets reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. jlbets shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a game, jlbets's system records shall be the authoritative reference. In the unlikely event of discrepancy between a player's device display and jlbets's server records, the server records shall prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on jlbets. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jlbets;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using jlbets if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward jlbets staff or other players;
• Using jlbets services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Accessing jlbets on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent and proper account authorization.

jlbets cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

jlbets is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players within the Account Settings section of your jlbets dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session, day, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and session cutoffs after specified playing durations;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-game reminders displaying your current session duration and net win/loss;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jlbets platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on jlbets — including but not limited to the jlbets name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jlbets or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlbets Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlbets content without express written permission.

Unauthorized use of jlbets intellectual property, including use of the jlbets brand name or logo on third-party platforms without permission, may constitute trademark infringement and will be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbets shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming winnings, or loss of goodwill.

jlbets's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbets account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbets does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. While jlbets invests significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages or technical issues may occur. jlbets shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

jlbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority;
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding AML review, provided no fraud or regulatory hold applies.

You may close your jlbets account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. You remain responsible for any activity conducted on your account prior to closure confirmation.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jlbets collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on jlbets, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jlbets complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and licensed third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) solely for purposes connected with the operation of the jlbets Service.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jlbets or from these Terms, jlbets encourages you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's player complaints and dispute resolution process, which is available to all players of PAGCOR-licensed operators. In cases not resolved through PAGCOR's process, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlbets reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jlbets will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jlbets following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jlbets recommends reviewing this page whenever you log in to stay informed of any updates.
